Richard went to extraordinary lengths to help with equipment even meeting me at the rental property when I had just arrived from overseas. After having to make the difficult decision to look into making my life more mobile after my MS started to limit the distance I could realistically cover, I turned to Wessex Heathcare Ltd. I was desperately trying to get hold of a specific wheelchair, for use last Friday onwards and was told it couldn’t be delivered before late Jan.

This was the sixth company I tried, I telephoned and spoke to a human being who understood the pressure I was under

Ordered on the Thursday and delivered directly to me the following Wednesday, though it was slightly more expensive than the bigger firms it was worth every penny, I dealt with an incredibly helpful chap called Richard.

He has also been in touch to make sure all is well.

Couldn’t rate him more highly - I guess it’s a case of use him or loose him and I feel he ticked my ‘shop local box’
