Waste of time. They text you to say you need to book COVID/flu vaccinations but there are no appointments available via their link. A waste of time.

Disgusting place! Mum has been in pain for 2 months, see the doctors eventually just to be told Nerve pain so have some codine. It's not a nerve problem but muscle pain so ibuprofen works a little. Asked for another appointment to be told they will phone her up some time in 13 days time! Disgusting place

I have been with lynemouth surgery for a lot of years and find once you get through and ask for a GP they always ring back early. If they decide you need to be seen they will see you that day. I tend to see same GP each time as I prefer that , he knows your medical background well and listens.I have never had any problems with repeat scripts either . Nurses are just the same once you get through they make appts to suit you. Most of staff are very pleasant. I could be going to have to move as family want me nearer and absolutely dread leaving this surgery Main complaint I have is the waiting time to get through to speak to someone I was on phone 1.25 hrs one day and apart from anything else cost of call can be mounting up.

Fantastic service again from the practice. Lovely receptionist passed a message to Dr Baines who rang me immediately and sorted a prescription for my poorly mum. A lot of services are being criticised at the moment to lovely to be able to comment so positively. Thank you.

Yes it's difficult times for GP surgeries up and down the country but I've been seen and dealt with within good speed. Well done to all who work within the service.

The doctors and medical staff are generally kind and capable but the admin is disgraceful. Repeated problems with prescriptions a hopeless website and often very long delays when calling on the phone

Tried to contact Lynemouth surgery regarding a medication review for my elderly mother for over 2 weeks, put on hold for 1.5 hours and 45 minutes respectively with no response. In frustration put together letter with a the necessary information to the surgery, receptionist response was it was no good as the team dealing with it are at Brockwell Cramlington..have they never heard of scan & email internally.. I have now sent in the post the letter to Brockwell Prescriptions Team in Cramlington... I was unable to email the letter as they have no email address. Imagine elderly, vulnerable people with no family relatives trying to achieve a simple procedure but made into a nightmare by this 'Medical Group' ( Valen) who can't even answer the telephone or offer a basic level of care.. Stop looking at the Pound notes and give your patients something that they expect and deserve.

The district nurses looked after my father throughout his end of life care. They were fantastic!! Nothing was ever a problem for them even the atrocious snow storms didn't dampen their commitment and kindness. They were there for my Dad and me on an hourly bases even throughout the night. They are absolute angels, we will be forever grateful to you all. Well done!!! ?️?️?
