Went to Donna after year of plantar fascitis. After a long wait on the NHS and no improvement my ham strings began to get tight and started having achilles pain.

Before seeing Donna today I have even felt discomfort with walking. My achellies were so tight. Through a combination of cupping, hot stones and massage Donna has helped me be able to finally have some relief!!!! I look forward to returning to start reversing the damage done throughout the lack of intervention throughout this year!

Donna is such a professional and dedicated massage therapist, she's very passionate about her job and is fully qualified - she is always doing courses to improve herself as well, which is something I value a lot. I've been to many massage therapists in my life and I can say Donna is one of the best, if not the best I have experienced. She tailors the sessions to your needs and in only 4 sessions I have noticed an improvement in my back and posture and I sleep better as well. Have been going to Donna now for a few months after a chiropractor advised me to do so. From the first time I went in it was first class service. The sports massage I received from Donna was great for the tight quads I had after she worked on them they felt much better. I decided to book another appointment to get an all over massage and have to say when I left it was well worth it my body felt so much better that it is now a monthly appointment for me. If you need a sports massage I would not hesitate to recommend Donna

Visited Wellness Therapies a couple of times for a sports massage and would 100% recommend going to see Donna. She's helped me with some training niggles I've had, and also supported a friend with lower back issues, with her skills. Lovely venue, really understanding and I can tell that Donna has so much recent experience & learning from her training, that it really comes through in her practice.
