Georgia is so skilled and professional at what she does. She pinpointed exactly where I had tension and explained how I could change exercises to help become more balanced. I felt at ease and relaxed during my treatment and continued to feel great afterwards.
I will continue to recommend Georgia to anyone who has any concerns regarding their health and well-being because she is quite literally a godsend when it comes to fixing aches, pains and other health issues (even my father’s terrible case of vertigo!) and whether it takes one treatment or six, she’ll put all of her efforts into making you feel more comfortable and relaxed by the final appointment. Quite unlike any other osteopath I have visited.
My initial consultation lasted a whole hour and was not the usual "on your back and get ready to crack" that I'm used to.
There was a detailed review of my symptoms, history and previous treatments - then a specific explanation of the issues I am facing.
Then followed a variety of treatments and techniques and a detailed list of aftercare.
Even though I live in Essex, I will be coming here again. It really is that good.

After trying a lot of physios, osteopaths, massage therapists, and pain killers, I was about to resign myself to always being in pain and discomfort with shoulder and upper back problems. Having received a treatment today at GLH Osteopathy for my back pain, I would highly recommend the clinic. Georgia was very professional and knowledgeable.
