Jane is a fabulous therapist she really put me at ease and was very easy to talk to. I felt so relaxed and pain free after my treatment something that I hadn't felt for some time and Jane did take the time to explain why I was having my headaches and what I should try to help myself. I would most certainly recommend Jane to anyone looking for Wellness therapy.

I visited Jane for the first time, yesterday, after a friend and neighbour recommended her. I have been struggling for a short while, with acute sciatica pain and have been left feeling sore and fragile in this and surrounding areas. Jane set to work and went above and beyond to loosen my tight muscles. Her massage technique is so effective and therapeutic, I felt amazing! Jane offers an excellent service in a very clean, private room. The massage is extremely thorough and effective. All aches, pains and muscle spasms in my back have disappeared. Plus Jane is easy to talk to, knowledgeable and professional. I’d have no hesitation in recommending her.

I have been having treatments such as lymphatic drainage and back, arm and neck massages with Jane. She is the most skilled, professional and caring therapist I have tried. She tailors her treatments to your needs and instinctively knows what areas need the most work. She makes notes and remembers each session what she worked on with you from previous sessions. Jane is so welcoming, she has a wonderful calmness and so you feel at ease immediately. Jane explains what’s necessary during your treatment and so you know what to expect, this gives you a more scientific, educated reason as to what is taking places in your body’s and how to solve it. I have had 3 sessions so far and noticed a change after the very first. Jane will struggle to get rid of me once she’s cured me!
