I was experiencing fairly servere lower back pain along with muscel tightness. I was trying to do lots of stretching and home remedies but nothing I tried worked to a good enough standard. However, after one session with Michelle all my pain and tightness disappeared. Now, one month on my back pain is minor and very rare then disappears after some simple stretching techniques. She constantly outputted a calming and relaxing demeanor and expained everything she was doing. I definitely recommend her service.
