My daughter and I booked for an immersive meditation evening with Marisa. We were taken care of from the moment we arrived with a warm welcome and helped to get super comfy in the reclining chairs. Marisa took us though a guided meditation with her soothing voice, relaxing music, cosy blankets, essential oils and beautiful images for the moments I could prise my eyes open. Afterwards we had a revitalising hot drink and plenty of time for rich conversation and sharing with no sense of being rushed out the door.

It was a gorgeous restorative evening for connecting with others and re-connecting with oneself and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to leave their worries at the door for a few hours.

What you have created is a thing of beauty. It is calm, peaceful and takes you to your own magical place within the comfort of the reclining chair , while in a safe place. It is powerful and so beneficial on many levels . It take you out of your busy head, stops the chat chat in your mind and offers a journey of tranquility without leaving the room.
It is a professional package , wrapped up with trust given with care and invites you to step away from the busy hamster wheel of daily life. I loved it. ?

I recently had a lovely guided meditation session with Marissa. We were a small group of 8, all comfortably reclined on zero gravity chairs in a fully immersive experience with visual prompts, relaxing sounds and a gorgeous aroma, all of which were referred to by Marissa in her wonderfully soothing words, which really helped me to focus on the present.
I would highly recommend to anyone who feels the need to switch off, so that’s everyone really, but especially for those who need extra help with focussing - the reference to the physical things in the room add an extra dimension.

Magical immersion experience.
My first time in an 'inmersive' setting as opposed to just listening.
The result....a whole new way of meditating, and definitely, the way forward.
