Dr. Fletcher is a doctor who still cares and listens. I had a phone appointment with Dr. Fletcher a few weeks ago, and he was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble . Dr Fletcher is a very professional, caring doctor not just for me but also when he has seen my mom and dad. My dad's health as been up and down for many years, and he has seen many doctors however Dr Fletcher has picked up on things that other doctors have missed im truly grateful for the care Dr Fletcher has shown my family. The world needs more Dr Fletchers. The 5 stars are
for Dr Fletcher.

I had really bad experience today (16/02/2024) from the Dr who consulted my 3 month old baby. We have been called to the consultation room after 45 mins of our appointment time. He was pulling my baby's ears when assessing him. He don't even know how to calm a crying baby. He was asking me why the baby is crying a lot. Worst experience from a Dr.

The people at the practice are nice when you go in, but I have had a terrible time getting anyone to answer the phone or to reply to my emails. I've called multiple times in a day, hours apart, just to be told every time there is no one available to take my call.

I paid for a medical letter 2 months ago in December, multiple calls and 3 emails later, nothing back from it! I went in and was told they emailed someone about it and to call this afternoon, which I have, and once again was met with the automated message that no one is available to take my call.

I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I'm disabled and am not able to just pop down to the surgery whenever I have to. I rely on phones and emails.

I have been attempting to call constantly in regards to both a doctors note and to book appointments, to be met with a long hold time just to be told no operators on occasion despite phoning at 8am. Also, was given an email address to contact in regards to my doctors note (which i need to prove my identity to a bank so i can apply for student finance in time for the uni term in september), and that email address i was told to email DID NOT EXIST

Disgusting surgery, during coronavirus apparently smear tests weren’t deemed as essential so they wouldn’t book me in, spoke to many friends and family members who all still had smear tests during the pandemic! Have since tried calling many times to book and have been sat on hold for 45 minutes + and given up. Staff really don’t care at this surgery. Refusing smear tests during a pandemic. I didn’t question it at the time because I thought this was across the board, but nope just this surgery. Need reporting. Needless to say I am changing surgery’s and have reported this one ! if you care about your own health or childrens/ families….do not go to this practise!

Never had a problem when speaking with a doctor, has been helpful and has given good advice.

Reception team are usually more than helpful. Receptionist today seemed annoyed that I had to ask a question and gave me a rather rude "yeah I've answered your question"
