1ST appointment here with dr hussain (after absolite shocking treatment by my previous surgery) . Faith restored in nhs system. From the get go easy to get registered the receptionist was very thorough not easy registering a family of 5. But Dr hussain easily best doctor i've EVER met , he was welcoming, patient attention to detail it was important i got my points across today, took me very serious . That my previous doctors left me without pain relief every month. Notified him aslong as he prescribes my migraine meds i'm an easy patient. Professional but human too i left my appointment laughing, 6 hours later i had a severe migraine with 4 children ended up in bed he enabled me to not suffer . A absolute fantastic doctor. Humble i cannot thank him enough
For such a small practise they deserve awards outstanding .

Shocking surgery. Receptionist Zuba is so ignorant, their offer of mental health services is appalling, the docs tell you they are busy people, can never get an appointment unless you arrive at 8am and book for same day. The practice manager needs to review the service levels and leadership of his team

Lights Are On

It used to be an exceptional surgery. Then, when Dr Napper and Dr Lawson retired it went down hill very quickly. The new doctors just don't cut the mustard. Standards have definitely dropped.

Overall, I've had pretty positive experiences with this GP Surgery. All of the staff I've spoken to have been professional and caring, and I've generally received the care I've needed promptly.

The reason I'm deducting one star from an otherwise positive review is that they changed my nominated pharmacy to the one next door, without my consent. This has caused me no end of grief in getting the regular medicines that I need to manage my long term condition. Even before they did that, they seemed to ignore my nomination and send it to the pharmacy next door at times.

If not for that, I'd have nothing to complain about.

tried to make appointments last 4 days start 8 am till 8.30am and all appointments are gone they only take 30 to 40
patients per day they side ring tomorrow I said I tried from last 4 dayIand I can't get any i need spoke someone who is in charge then she said manger is not available she not well they is no one here wow really. I went to dewsbury emergency hospital 2 time in 2 weeks they is long waiting time 2.30 hours

They side This surgery has 9000 thousand patients so they not care like me

Partner was promised a call back. Had to take day off work as so I'll. No call from Doctor - wrote review and then a lovely doctor phoned said he should have an appointment as needs to be seen so as advised phoned this morning first thing and no appointments......day 2 still suffering and still not able to work due to it. Doctor slated staff but staff still not give an appointment. What on earth is going on

I'm afraid I cannot give a good review of this surgery. From 3 appointments that u have with this surgery, 2 of them got cancelled at short notice, one of them because their IT system was down, the second one without a reason. I sent them an email asking to reschedule before moving out of the area to get this done given the two cancellations had been the surgeries' fault. I got no response.

Never had any problems nice staff all over the surgery doctors and nurses are very good too. My motto is respect the others and they will respect you.
