The receptionists are helpful and empathetic. Cannot fault the service, they call back as promised and have provided appointments as soon as possible. I was late to a blood test appointment, the receptionist and phlebotomist were accommodating and still took the blood test.

It’s very hard to get an appointment on the day you call even if advised by a medical professional. However; I’ve managed to get appointments a few days later which my previous doctors never did.
The doctors, nurses and receptionist I have spoken to have been very kind and helpful.
One of the doctors I saw have helped me with an issue I’ve had for 10 years, which every other doctor ignored.

Never really had a problem with the doctors but today I had to get my son weighed in reception. And the way I was spoken to by the manager was shocking! Maybe she needs retraining on how to talk to member of the public!

Absolutley awful. Firstly practically impossible to get an appointment. Tried ringing in the morning phones lines always packed. Wait all day and no appointments available told to ring 111 or go to walk in center. Que at the door in the morning to be told "only urgent appointments today".Next reception staff. Not only do you have to give them your name, date of birth and first line of address you have to discuss your personal medical problems with an unqualified person for them to determine if you should see a doctor. All to the audience of the waiting que. When you do finally see a doctor (if its an actual doctor)you see, fobbed off. Had multiple ongoibg issues that are unresolved.Absolutley useless. Finally the office manager is equivalent to Mrs trunchball (personality). The way she spoke to an elderly gentleman was disgusting.

The appointment booking system is ridiculous at this practice. The appointments are released at 1.30pm every Friday but I have never been able to get through with the automated message saying there are no appointments available even though it was exactly 1.30pm. Had this experience on several occasions which forced me to go down to the surgery one Friday to queue for an appointment. Arrived at 1.15pm to find people queuing out the door and had to queue for 50 mins to finally get an appointment. This system I extremely ineffective particularly to those who work full time. We have now left this practice and registered elsewhere where I have managed to get an appointment straightaway.

trying to log in for meds. totally logged out my continuing pass word and details i dont have. i am 80 and computor literate good help those that are not. my BP is now sky high down to you. hope you are satisified

I feel wellbrook get a lot of bad reviews. However although never actually seen a doctor in the 6 years I have lived here. I have always found the receptionist staff to be most helpful and polite and compassionate.
I can only comment on my own experience.I had a problem with medication phoned weds the receptionist couldnt have been more helpful sent message to pharmacist on site.Friday morning new preciption waiting for me. I can not fault service tbh.
