Here's an example of a positive review:

"Although recovery isn't linear and is largely dependent on yourself, Rachel was instrumental in helping me feel out my current challenges and organically guiding me towards making changes that I felt both in charge of and sufficiently assisted with. She balanced our sessions with specialist advice and technical knowledge whilst matching my humour and moods so I felt not just heard, but actively keen to review weeks with her. My only advice would be to clone her, she represents Wellbeing to the highest."

Another customer mentioned that the facility is "cute, calming and a perfect environment for a therapeutic session."

Conclusion

Wellbeing Suffolk is a reputable mental health service with a strong focus on providing personalized support to its clients. Their specialized services and accessibility make them an excellent choice for those seeking mental health support in the Bury Saint Edmunds area.

After waiting for many weeks for my appointment it gets cancelled a few hours before. I then have to wait another month for a rescheduled appointment. The therapists have minimal qualifications which is absolutely shocking when dealing with peoples mental health! I would have hoped for someone more professional than a diploma done online. Shocking and a complete waste of time.

Excellent service, easy to self refer to get access to some brilliant therapists. Like anything there is a waiting list but it's been worth it. I feel I have really benefited from seeing someone at wellbeing Suffolk, they are always very kind and you can always get through to someone over the phone to change an appointment or whatever .
Highly recommend if you need some help.

I would like to say a big thank you to Wellbeing Suffolk. I didn't have to wait as long as I thought I'd have to before having my first appointment. The therapist was really understanding of all my other commitments and we worked around this too. It has definitely helped me and given me some tools. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who struggles with mental health!

The therapist that I saw through this service was extremely helpful and made me progress in many ways. I’ve come out of it feeling like a different person and for that I am very thankful.

Iwona Harrington was very supportive in helping me get on track with my CBT sessions and started off my journey into getting better. The sessions were planned out extremely well and was okay to go off track in talking about other issues.

Even going through video chat instead of in person it was still worth it and did not mind it not being in person

I recently completed my 121 CBT and I am so glad I reached out for help. It took a while as there is a waiting list but it was so worth it and it benefited me a lot. I have found more peace and I have got more understanding of my problems and their underlying causes. I have found useful ways to deal with thoughts and behaviors so I do recommend using the service.
