I had a great experience with Physio Leena Sanjay at the Wellbeing Centre in Kentish Town.

I visited in January with a bad ankle sprain, and from the very first session, Leena was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She provided me with effective exercises that helped me recover, and thanks to her guidance, I was fully healed and discharged after just a month and a half.

The centre is a little bit dated but I definitely recommend her to anyone in need of physiotherapy!

Great team. The appointments always on time in a very convenient timing.
The physio, Daniela, was very knowledgeable, always letting me know nexts steps and modifying my therapy as needed. I received hands on massages in every appointment that helped my recovery process. I really appreciate her help.

Wellbeing's highly professional and considerate practitioner helped me resolve a muscular sports injury swiftly and provided me with a programme to continue rehabilitation after my sessions came to an end. Recommended.

After some weeks suffering from a shoulder blade pain that prevented me for kayaking and swimming, Dr Jaiden Choi just cured me! The sessions are a combination of finding out the origin of the problem, "hands on" massage when needed, and very well designed work outs so that to speed up the healing.
The whole attention in the clinic, from the reception onwards, is fantastic, I highly recommend it.

Raj is excellent. I am very particular about who I let work on my back etc. I went to Raj at the Kentish Town WellnessCentre after a friend highly recommend him. I was not disappointed! He was very methodical and have thoughtful care. He really helped me align my body , and then gave me exercises to continue at home. I would highly recommend.
