The Doctors and nursing team are extremly patient and listen to your concerns. Always offered an appointment and seen by a GP if an appointment is needed. Never waiting longer then 20 minutes past my appointment time. Majority of the Receptionists are helpful and courteous. Very lucky to have such a great practice.

I would like to say after having appointments at the well street cheadle doctors in October, also 1st Nov 2024. Marcus was very caring, he treated my wife and myself with great respect. The best surgery I’ve been registered at and after moving a lot due to work, I’ve been a few. The receptionists are always polite and very helpful, and I don’t think there’s ever been a time when they haven’t managed to get myself or my daughter in the same day.

My husband rang the practice at short notice, and was offered an appointment the same date, he was seen by Mr Williamson and given an ECG which showed that he had a heart problem, ( unaware of any heart problems) then following a stay in hospital he was given a pacemaker. We will be eternally grateful for the care given and the diligence shown by the member of staff. Thank you to the receptionist for listening and Mr Williamson for being thorough in his investigation.

The team at Well Street are always incredibly friendly & helpful. Yes, you have to call on the day for an appointment but I can honestly say each time I have the reception team have always done their absolute best to get me or my family members in throughout the day. The doctors are always thorough and respectful, they listen to you and don’t make you feel rushed or another number! Having moved from another local surgery with questionable processes I feel lucky to be with Well Street.
