I have been using this pharmacy since last July, and as a diabetic I get a regular prescription every month, and I can say with all certainty every single month my prescription has been made up wrong or I have had to ask for my insulin to be handed over as they would forget ! The final nail in the coffin was the last prescription where they issued me with the wrong sensor ! I then had to wait another 3 days for them to get the correct sensors in stock. So my time of using Weldricks is done if I could give them Zero stars I would. Off to a new Pharmacy I go !!!!

We, as a family have been using this pharmacy for 2 years now. All the staff have always been super helpful. My son has multiple orders each month and they always ensure the whole prescription is ready to collect ahead of their stated times. Myself and my daughter also have monthly prescriptions, on occasion we need these quickly and they are always happy to go above and beyond to provide this. Thank you for all that you do.

This pharmacy is my nominated pharmacy for my repeat prescription and I must say that I have found it to be excellent. The pharmacist is very thorough and professional, flagging up follow up from medicine prescribed and was instrumental in discovering stage 2 hypertension, potentially life saving. It's a small building which may give the impression of it being crowded at times but the staff have always been patient and friendly and any waiting time has been minimal. First class.

Only gave me half the prescription. 3minths instead of 6. Regularly don’t have the medication in stock. When I returned for the remainder I was told it had expired I needed a new prescription and would have to pay for this again. The doctors confirmed they shouldn’t do this as the prescription lasts for 6 months

Make sure you double check your medication, they managed to give me the complete wrong medication which made me quite poorly over the weekend. Although the pharmacist dealt with it, the tall lady with the bleach blonde hair was rude and even tried to tell me it was the right medication. This has been reported but please double check, you never know.

Terrible service.

My prescriptions are never ready even after waiting 5 working days as advised. But that is not the worst.

They have given me medication not prescribed for me at all. When the medication is correct it is the wrong dosage. Multiple times they have never had any stock after waiting over 5 days, leaving me without any medication. Medication that keeps me alive. Finally the staff are overheard sometimes complaing about customers giving out their personal data and medical conditions as they do so. I'm sorry to those who I did overhear. It makes me worry.

I gave this pharmacy a poor review about a year ago.However since this time I have used the pharmacy numerous times and the service has been excellent would now highly recommend.May be new manager but a complete turnaround . Credit where credit is due
