Must avoid like the plague 🤮💩
Extremely disappointed I went in for two packets of soothers 21 mg smoking patches and 1 packet of ibuprofen as I have an abscess! Understood that the pharmacist was on break but the assistant refused to sell patches and ibuprofen but was happy to sell me the 2 soothers due to pharmacist on break she wasn’t sympathetic or apologetic. I said are u kidding u can get all of them from the corner shop as I set off I saw the pharmacist going back in I explained the situation he said it’s the law it’s okay she will sort you out, then stut the door on me she eventually sold me them after serving me on Saturday at 1300hrs 10th February CCTV will show her looking down Working at the desk and started sniggering and looked directly at me pure insult you should be completely ashamed customer service diabolical I have never left one bad review before in my life and I don’t cause arguments if they’re not needed!

I’m a firm believer treat people how u, are expected to be treated they wasnt apologetic it was like they got a kick out of it saying no to people, please or Thankyou also doesn’t cost anything I wish I didn’t purchase the products don’t give them your business. there is 10 to 15 more pharmacies in Scunthorpe They don’t make you feel comfortable. experience it for yourself they don’t have manners, maybe start with sorry about your wait what can I help you with rather than standing and waiting at the front desk for five minutes! I’ve been talking to my business colleagues about it they advise me to do this and I’m going to tell more of my work colleagues about the bad experience should be ashamed

Given the wrong prescription after half hour wait, even though it was ordered through the NHS app one week previous. Phoned to tell them, to be told l had to phone my Doctor for a new prescription .Thanks for reply, l will use a different pharmacy from now on

Don't want to be unkind- the staff do their best , but use other pharmacies if you can, long waiting times, harrased and fed up looking staff make this place not my 1st choice to use.
