Amazing care company. Visit my mum four times a day. So friendly and caring. My mum loves them visiting. Managers always on call for emergencies

Appalling -
Father 88 with multiple health needs & Alzheimer’s repeatedly let down by this organisation. Management block your phone number and you can’t get any response once your have a query. Carers don’t show, management don’t care. Appalling. Will be reporting to CQC, suggest others do the same.

Call all the numbers given yet no one ever answers. Rude, no empathy or compassion for their clients. Steer well clear!

I had welcome home care for a few weeks until i could get a proper company in because they was meant to come in 4 times a day most of the time they did but not at the times they was meant to be there they would come in for my morning call anytime between 10 and 2pm then I would get someone come in at 3, for my lunch call then again at 5,50 PM for my tea call and*then for my bed call could be anywhere between 7pm and midnight and they still had 3 calls to do after they had been to me at midnight,yes they welcome you ok not for the right reasons the company is only in it for the money not the care because if you phone up to say a career hasn't been they would say yes they have and know one was in, and i don't drive and I live in the middle of nowhere and the only time I can get out is if my sister would come and take me to her home but I was always back in time for the carer to come in and if i wouldn't be back in time i always let them know, and I'm on controled drugs and they wasn't giving me the 4 hours Gap in-between and one carer never give me my medication medication and she said to my sister that she give them to me and she didn't they was still in the medical pack and my sister phone the office to report it and the carer tried to blame another carer I'm so glad I'm not with them anymore, I'm with a different company now and they are called Scott care and they are brilliant and they do care I'm a lot better with this company at least i get my washes and food

Amazing friendly staff that had been well trained for there job. The staff visited my dad 3 times a day at home and I always felt safe leaving him in there care.
