WeCare team are great . The team is well led , responsive , compassionate and caring and respectful . They work collaboratively with us as a family ,putting the needs of my mother first . They communicate effectively and timely with all aspects of mums care .
The carers have a genuine passion for their job and are kind and happy and well trained They treat us with respect.
We are extremely lucky to have WeCare assigned to look after us .

My mother KA has been a client of "We Care" since the middle of December 2020 and they have been so really brilliant. I would highly recommend this company to whomever needs a carer.
They have carefully handled my mother's care needs and been so very supportive thought-out the transition of changing from a long term company that wasn't really working for my mother. They continue to provide such brilliant care for my mother three times a day - double handed, due to my mother's disabilities.

Mrs KA (my mother) has a number of health issues and is very old school and unfortunately quite stubborn at times. She wasn't keen on having new care providers but has honestly been a better woman in her health, body and mind since "We care" started providing her care services.

She got covid in January 2021 and the manager Natalie Johnson took it upon herself to make sure that my mother got to hospital and back home safely.
She also helped me get a new care plan and got social workers involved and got upto date required equipment in place via an Occupational therapist.
Zeek, Dale and Daniel have also been tremendous help in my mother's care. They have taken us as a family holistically and been so supportive thought-out the last year. Nothing isn't managed with this fantastic team and the carers are so brilliant ladies putting up with a lot of things that my mother often says and does, with an amazing smile and "Ok auntie" attitude. God bless you all ladies and thank you.

They are fantastic people- all of them and I put my hand on my heart and say that.

My father passed away in 2014 and I used to travel from London to help my mother every weekend. With this fantastic company on board, I can give some weekends a miss and spend quality time with my own family and children (mid 20s)- who where put on the back-burner because my mother became the dependent one. My family are happy that I am able to spend more time in London with them but this is and has only been possible because of "We care". They've definitely lived upto there name "We care" because they do care.

It has honestly been a pleasure to be part of the we care company and as a client's family member on the receiving end. I can go on and on with nothing but praise for them all.

They are true angels who go above and beyond their calll of duty to help the client and the clients family.

Thank you very much for everything that you have done for my mother and her family and continue to do so....

We-Care is a great company! The staff are amazing and are well-trained. I have no complaints they are well run. The service has been excellent! They go above and beyond. Definitely the best service out there I would highly recommend!
