My experience of acupuncture here was excellent. I booked in when I was 41+3 weeks pregnant and facing an induction that I was keen to avoid. Lavina was wonderful - she was very friendly and put me at ease, and she couldn’t have been more helpful with lots of useful advice. My waters broke naturally less than 48 hours later and I had a good birth experience. If I ever have a need for acupuncture again I wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

Sarah Jane also stopped his severe pain after leg surgery from years ago. Also a general well being course. Plus reduced his alcohol consumption to nil. While being treated. Well worth the money.

Could not recommend this place more! For any pregnant mamas that are miserable with PGP/SPD - do not hesitate! I had awful lower back/hip pain at 28 weeks; couldn't walk, even sleeping was painful. The NHS advice was that it's a 'normal symptom of pregnancy' and will 'go away when the baby is born' - so I soldiered on for a couple of weeks, before reaching out to the Weald. Turns out pelvic girdle pain IS treatable and can be treated DURING pregnancy. Michael has been absolutely incredible, so knowledgable and I couldn't recommend him more. I felt very safe as a pregnant patient and had treatment all the way up until 40 weeks. After 3 sessions my pain had gone from a 6 to a 2, and after 3 weeks I was back to my daily walks, basically cured. It's an expense - but I am so glad I did it. Huge thank you Michael and Nicki at the front desk too!

I highly recommend Lavina at Weald Chiropractic and Wellness. She is friendly, professional and oh so knowledgeable. I have seen Lavina a number of times and each time has been so positive and beneficial.
I booked an appointment last week as I was overdue with baby no.3 and kept getting pressured into booking in for an induction despite only being 40+5. Lavina worked her magic with her pins and our little bundle of joy was born in less than 24 hours. Thank you so much, acupuncture works!!
