What exactly is this centre for? It's not a lot walk in centre anymore.... Called for my Son who been up for the last 2 nights coughing his guts out! Ring 111 useless (trying to figure out over the phone the symptoms when I can physically see what they are) nearest place is 10 miles away! Are we moving towards the same system as USA?

What an absolute joke of a place. Was meant to be doing a routine change of dressing. Which my kid burst his stitches & bleeding everywhere. There response was he needs to go to hospital but sent him away to get an Uber, no way would an Uber take him with blood gushing. Losing a lot of blood at home while waiting for an ambulance. To which the care team could of looked after him better. Shocking service

Appalled at the service offered to my dad today!!
Arrived to his appointment, not a single staff member on the desk or to be seen.
After he hunted a nurse down, she had the cheek to tell him she was behind on her work and does not have much time!
He has been waiting on an appointment from the hospital for over 5 months which is disgraceful, and as the doctors are concerned enough to get him an appointment at the walk in Centre, just to be rushed out by a nurse more interested in expressing her annoyance in being behind on her paperwork (which should not have been expressed to the patient)
We will be back in touch with the doctor next week, as doubt she will be in top of his notes!
Shocking! The NHS is a joke.

We managed to get an appointment on a Sunday through 111 for 2.30pm. When we arrived and got booked in the receptionist was lovely she explained that there was going to be abit of a wait due to emergencies. It did take 1hr 45 to be seen. We got seen by a health professional who was great and did all the checks needed. And he explained everything throughout the appointment. Turns out we needed to get to hospital ASAP due to a serious kidney infection! Great service

This place is great as an alternative to A&E. I've used it 3 times now and the longest I've had to wait is an hour, but rather that than sit in A&E when there's no other alternative. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. I was there recently and turned up at 9.40pm on a Saturday evening and didn't think anyone would see me but they did! Excellent service they provide to us.

What outstanding service I received from the security staff( Scottish guy) I was in the wrong building so he went out of his way to find out where I was meant to be and even went on ahead and told the staff that I was on my way. Really went above and beyond.
