Do not prescribe enough pain relief even though i am not over taking it. I put in a prescription and even spoke to a doctor before Christmas stating I hadn't got enough to last over the Christmas and new year period. It is now 11/1 and still not received it so thank you for leaving me in agony and making me go down routes I didn't want to go down. The person who I was given to make direct contact with answered 1 email and has ignored the rest since. Not acceptable for a surgery I have been with since birth. I will, however, give a shout out to Dr prettyman because he listens and don't make you feel rushed.

I wanted to pass on my thanks to Doctor Tov who earlier today saw my elderly father in a hastily arranged appointment.
She was professional, kind and very thorough in her examination of my father and sympathetic throughout the assessment and we were re assured moving forward.
I know people are quick to comment in a negative way so I thought it only fair to let you know our experience. The same goes for reception, very courteous and smiling.

Absolutely bad surgery. Honestly. The doctors and the nurses sure, no issues there but before you even get an appointment the reception and bookings team are beyond useless.

Ring 8am in the morning and it's a lottery. You get through early enough once in a while and use their call back system only to be called back and have the line dropped. Back to the 52nd person in the queue again. Absolutely horrendous booking system and team.

Be better.

I was very impressed by the service of the receptionist.
I was looking for some test results and the hospital had made a mistake on my record. The receptionist was amazing listened and helped and the best of his capacity and found a solution with my problem. It was amazing how I had spent the all day begging for information different kind of nhs call center and personally went to the hospital but no one was willing to help and he managed in less then 15 minute to find a solution highly recommended

I feel very lucky to have Warren Lane as my surgery. I never have a problem getting an appointment or a phone consultation (there are numerous ways to do this)
Overall I'm very happy with everyone I've ever seen here. One consultant I had been referred to said how well my surgery had looked after me 'had pulled all the stops out' was his phrase!
One receptionist directly me wrongly to a pharmasist once but it was quickly sorted

I have had the most wonderful experience at this practice. We are new in the area with a newborn. The GP practice I came from was horrendous and expected little service. From the time I registered myself, husband, and my newborn to getting appointments to getting refills on the prescription every member of the staff has been excellent. All the doctors have been understanding and listened to the symptoms and treated them accordingly. Dr Patel who has extensive pediatrics experience gave me some tips on how to manage my newborn which has helped a lot. Thank u to the entire team!

I have been calling the surgery since 8am and again number 50 in the queuing system. Get told they have no appointments, my son is 4 years old and they cannot prioritise young kids. Absolutely disgusting, especially when our kids are in pain!! Receptionist had no sympathy (need to more nicer and not rude). Got referred to the pharmacy, I feel so ashamed of the NHS!!!!

I’ve had many of problems with this surgery since being with them but I think this time is a joke. You’ve had a patient turn up for their appointment because it stated ‘At Warren Lane Surgery’, to be told it has been moved to the other branch. No phone call or text to let the person know. I had the decency to ring up regarding the appointment to change the day as I couldn’t make it, I would have thought the same communication would have been met when you decided to move the location. I understand over flow etc. but at least let your patients know so they can arrange the correct travel arrangements. Incidentally I now have to take another day off work and lose pay because I’m self employed.
