We spent 2 nights over a weekend as a treat paid for by family. Lovely room and super helpful members of staff. Good location for exploring the Cotswolds. The hot tubs, steam room, and sauna were great. The pool is only 1m deep, so too shallow. Other guests said the golf is good here. The pool and games room meant we enjoyed some family time. The most irritating thing was that there were no spaces left on activities like archery when we tried to book them on check-in. Booking these type of activities seemed impossible unless you know the system.

We had a wonderful stay at Heythrop Park! The food was excellent, and the rooms were lovelyā€”spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a special mention to Dan in the Market Kitchen, who was very thoughtful and attentive. The entertainment was outstanding, with excellent bands and entertainers. We particularly enjoyed the talent and versatility of James Loughlin, as well as Jasun Watkinsā€™ hilarious and highly entertaining Boy George tributeā€”it was such a highlight!||We also enjoyed using the games room, but it would be great if a few more Scrabble sets could be added. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, and the hotelā€™s decor and views were simply stunning. Our only minor critique is that the shower water pressure was a bit low, but it didnā€™t take away from the overall experience. We highly recommend Heythrop Park for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We had a brilliant weekend at Heythrop with David Bowie and Eurythmics tributes which were superb. The hotel is beautiful and clean. We were in the South Wing with a small balcony. Room was very small, smaller than other Warners hotel rooms but it was well equipped clean and modern. The public areas were lovely. The entertainment venues were very good. We ate in both The Travelling Duke and Brasserie 32 for dinner and Brasserie 32 and Market Kitchen for breakfast - all meals were superb the best I have had out of the other 4 Warners I have been to. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful..|The negatives are drinks are more expensive at Heythrop as is the light bite menu compared to other Warners hotels that I have visited. Also at lunchtime the service was slow. Overall we enjoyed our visit and this is now my favourite Warners.

Beautiful surroundings. Hotel very fast. Food was enjoyable. Staff very friendly. Room we had was poor, looking out on a courtyard looking at dirty green/grey walls. The chairs were well worn. Photo was from the room where we had afternoon tea.

This was our first visit to a Warner hotel and we have booked again for February. ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing in all three restaurants. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. There were lots of activities, should you wish to use them. The pool was a good size and we can't wait to return!!

This was our first visit to a Warners Hotel - it will definitely not be our last: we loved it!|We were warmly greeted at the Porterā€™s Lodge & given clear instructions on how to find our specific parking space & the Mansion House Reception.|Check-in was smooth - we registered a credit card & left our luggage to be taken to our room later.|We booked a Superior Large room in the Mansion House & were allocated Eldon. It was absolutely stunning! A huge light-filled room, with several seating areas and an enormous bathroom with claw-foot bath as well as a shower.|We had only been able to book The Travelling Duke for our evening meals, but there was a wide choice and everything was delicious.|We had breakfast in both The Market Kitchen & Bistro 32 - very different but again, delicious food & friendly, helpful staff.|The daytime quizzes & the History of Heythrop talk, all done by Ryan, were fabulous. He is such an entertainer - his dry wit was right up our street: so funny!|We enjoyed the entertainment on both evenings (the Warner Theatre Group & Decades of Divas). My only complaint would be that the Theatre was very chilly.|We each had 2 treatments at the spa - absolutely wonderful!|We did a self-guided walk around the grounds (got a bit lost in the woods - but it added to the fun!). |As I think is clear, we had the most wonderful time and canā€™t wait to come back.|I would especially mention Charlotte, on Mansion House Reception. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she seemed genuinely keen to make sure we had a fantastic time - she even brought newspapers up to Reception for us each morning. She is a real asset to Warners.

We went for the music and were not disappointed. Spa and pool building is fabulous- the pool a tiny bit chilly for some. Every member of staff we encountered was brilliant, they were helpful, professional and very good at their jobs. Food here is superior to other Warners we've visited in our opinion. If you're here in the winter months, and feel the cold, dress up warm in many of the interior rooms. A few little issues such as toilet seat broken, but rectified very quickly. Sadly, it seems that there is a secret way to book activities in advance as many of us had not been given early enough access. Perhaps more events needed for a place catering for potentially 100s of guests. They also scheduled 2 top acts at the same time (Friday eve) and we would have liked to see them both. But overall, a beautiful building and magnificent setting, and throughly enjoyable stay.
