If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My treatment over the past two and a half years has been disgusting. Following a serious incident, the damage was never discovered, causing further spinal issues. All whilst having the pain blamed on mental health. Sitting in a waiting room, listening to reception staff laugh about patients after speaking to them on the phone. This place needs investigating.

I don't have a problem with the staff, they are always polite to me. I simply haven't been successful in getting a GP appointment for the past year of trying, always end up getting saved by NHS 111. I called smack at 8am today and was told there was simply no one at the surgery to see me, after suffering all week. We obviously need more GPs in this surgery. Thank God for OOH clinics.

On 17th July I called at Walsgrave Health Centre to make an appt as I had an awful sinus infection. I was very pleasantly surprised to be offered an appt with an ANP within 20 minutes.
Both the receptionist and Jo, the ANP, were extremely professional. I was prescribed antibiotics and am already beginning to feel the benefit.
Many thanks for your help.

Worst experience, the reception staff are not ready to listen at all and keep yelling the same thing at you. They won't let you speak at all. This is what we pay our bloody tax for. GP does not want to see you unless it's very serious and always schedules a telephone appointment. That call rarely comes ,just a message saying see the nurse. Worst experience with this health centre. You need to improve guys.

Thanks to the reception staff who were on shift on 24th July. They professionally supported my grandchildren and I quickly. Thank you ladies.

Awful. The receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. Speak to you like your a piece of dirt. Tried to get a prescription before lockdown and they kept telling me I didn’t have the illness I’ve had my whole life and they diagnosed me. Moved house recently and trying to get registered at new doctors. Unfortunately got ill and they refuse to help while I’m waiting to get a new doctors. I didn’t unregister they decided to just do it without telling me. The only good part of this doctors was Dr Rai and he’s now gone. Receptionists are the rudest and most unhelpful I’ve ever come across. When they argue with a patient telling them they don’t have an illness they always had it’s really bad. No wonder when in a queue it says they get a lot of abuse. Maybe speak nicely to patients when they are at there most vulnerable and they might be nice back. Lose the attitude and be polite. Everyone I know has had the same issue with the receptionist. Kindness goes a long way.

Incredibly rude receptionist. Just as bad if not worse than the wait times for my call to be answered.

Utterly disappointed. I am not a type of a person who posts reviews . But, after booking telephone consultations three times Over the past three months . I haven’t got a single call for my appointment. I was waiting the whole day . Just a simple text message. Thank goodness I am near to uhcw . Facilities and staffs from UHCW are far more better
