I wanted to say a big thank you to you, Kam and your team for the fantastic care and support you've given my dad and my family.

My main reason for approaching your firm was my view that you stood out as the best person to help my dad tackle mental health issues as well as his physical needs. It's been a short relationship as his health deteriorated so quickly, but I have learnt a lot about caring and its importance as we all approach our latter years. Throughout these three months, my family and I have been truly impressed with the quality of care that you have been able to put into place, sometimes at very short notice indeed.

From my sister’s and my point of view this was a great relief, and having access to your daily reports on your app prepared us for the day. It also meant that your team could make a professional assessment of his care needs and advise us, including on some safety issues which he had probably hidden from his children.

As the days went by, I feel my dad gradually accepted carers as part of his team to keep him safe and comfortable and to protect his children.

It was only in the latter days that my family really got to put faces to your team, and we could see how much they cared for him. It was also really important that they were with us in the latter days, not only to support my dad but also offering advice and comfort to my family.

So from an end user of your services, I can only congratulate you on the team you have put together and the ethos under which they perform their work.

Thank you again for everything you and your team have done for my dad and for our family – what your team provided went far beyond anything we could possibly expect.

As a family, seeing our Dad's health and ability to be on his own at home changed in a very short period of time. The team at Walfinch have been so amazing. From quickly helping us to put carers in place, to being able to supply a live-in carer was swift, professional, and with complete care and compassion.
Not one carer gave us any cause for concern or left us without complete trust that dad would be in safe hands.
Jay was a gift from God, he settled in with Dad and the respect and kindness he showed him was second to non.

Kam and her team have been absolutely fantastic, we as a family cannot thank them enough, our Dad went from living independently, to needing a live in carer in 7 weeks, and the team supported us all the way until he needed nursing home care, with every change and increase he needed, Sal Jay Hannah and Estina to name but a few who cared for him kept him safe while we were so far away.

Walfinch do cooking, general household chores and accompanied walks with my elderly parents. Their staff are absolutely lovely and my parents always look forward to them being there, particularly Hannah who is with them the most. She always goes the extra mile! The company itself does the same with such thoughtful touches, like a Christmas party and cooking a special Valentine's meal with champagne and flowers!
