My wife was really worried about her health so we booked an appointment for a scan as the availability was good. The appointment was cancelled 2 hours before it was due. The only explanation offered was the hospital cannot do it. It has been rebooked for a week later. They then sent through a new appointment pack, no apologies, explanation for the inconvenience. The customer service is very poor, not what I would expect from a private service. It's the sort of thing you would expect from NHS. I have no confidence they won't cancel next week too. They make you pay upfront then cannot provide the services you have paid for. I am very disappointed that patients are treated this way and left to worry for another week...

Absolute travesty. Results were promised after 3 working days, then we were told that a GP appointment is needed, via a call from a new number (no email), which when we asked to get called back, wasn't followed up at all. Cut to a few days later and now the earliest appointment is nearly 2 weeks after the scan. The scan cost £1400 and this is the level of service we got, really laughable.

Was recommended this company re my physio after having issues with lumber spine and been waiting for MSK team assessment. Fantastic service from start to finish, was given a next day appointment for MRI and recieved the results within 2 days and copy sent to my physio too. A treatment plan was put in place by my physio while waiting to see MSK team. Would highly recommend Vista Health.

From the booking process, the call centre staff and my consultation with the Dr before my MRI, everything was explained well and I felt cared for. The healthcare assistant who booked me in before my scan and the radiologist taking my MRI were so friendly and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Quite anxious when it comes to scans but I was put at ease and the process was quick and straightforward. Now only a three day wait for my results. Thank you all for my experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.

Had my MRI done on my lumber/sacral region today, Nurse who greeted me was friendly and informative and the MRI technician gentleman was friendly,informative and put me at ease.

I would definitely use this professional company again and it saved me waiting 6 months for a referral via the NHS, my results came in 2 working days and I was able to show my chiropractor and physiotherapist my images which allowed their treatment to be more specific. Which was Degeneration to my L5-S1 area with an asymmetrical disc bulge which was impinging on my S1 Nerve root.

I also updated google to show the correct location for this site as the old pin head showed it in the car park of the GUM clinic which was 200 yards down the road haha!

+1 stars for the process - Nice staff, clean facility, smooth process.

-4 stars for the MRI output. My referring Doctor states the scan is incomplete, missing the critical images with contrast, vital for determining if a Pituitary Microadenoma is present.
The Radiologist report states the same and that an MRI with contrast is needed.

Upon contacting VistaHealth about this, they state they do not use contrast on a 1st scan and a 2nd scan is needed for this.

In summary, watch out! As a private patient, you may find yourself paying out twice to get the results needed in your diagnosis!

UPDATE 12-May-2023
VistaHealth offered a 2nd scan at a discounted rate of £249 + £125 for contrast as a 'goodwill' gesture.
This brings the grand total to £739 for a Pituitary MRI

This is NOT the NHS process, in which guidelines state to complete non-contrast + contrast scans at the same time when looking for Pituitary Microadenoma.

As stated before, watch out for this scam, it is not detailed within the VistaHealth policies or pricing.
