I have to say how amazingly and astonishingly well I was treated last Saturday when I suddenly needed help with one of my eyes, first of all I was squeezed in on a busy Saturday to be seen , the staff were long suffering, kind and generous with their time, they simply could not have done more for me. What’s more I had a phone call the next day to see how I was. The very very best if care, thank you all so much.

All very straightforward. Minimal waiting time. Glasses taken and tightened before eye test which was great. Ophthalmologist was really good as I am not great with the pre eye test procedures. Following my previous eye examination I was referred for further tests but thankfully all okay and this eye test confirmed all is well with so back to a two year review. No change with prescription but will go back for another pair of readers. Thank you V E 😊

Visited Vision Express on Friday for my annual eye test. Excellent service as usual, All members of staff I had contact with were helpful and informative. Very little change in my eye test but absolutely no pressure to buy new frames etc. Thank you Vision Express Stamford.👍

Genuinely helpful customer service, will continue to visit for my ongoing needs and happily recommend to others.

Indy and the team offered up the idea to shave down my existing lenses to fit some new frames, a much cheaper (and faster!) alternative than I’d been offered elsewhere in town.

Since then I’ve had new glasses, sunglasses, and just ordered an alternative brand/type of contact lenses following a detailed consultation + trial.

The optician and person who took the photos of my eyes were welcoming and wonderful and I would rate them very highly.

The guy who was helping me look through glasses afterwards not so much. Could not had been ruder or wanted rid of me quicker the moment I mentioned that I didn't think I was going to purchase a pair today as none of the styles they had hit the requirements/style I was looking for.
