Absolutely love this store! I had reservations about swapping my provider but thought you never know till you try and boy am I glad I did! First class treatment from start to finish.. they were super helpful as soon as I walked in very knowledgeable and knew their stuff. The optician I had went above and beyond to make sure my eyes would finally see … my other provider never did half the tests they did. He spent well over an hour with me. When I went back to collect my specs they were really busy and I had time to spare so it was no issues waiting around while people interrupted us, I was happy for David to help his customers which he felt uncomfortable making me wait. Again I had time so it wasn’t a problem. Great banter and light hearted fun but professional when it was needed. I love the fact vision express will always get you the best deal when buying your glasses. I will definitely be back thanks guys you’re really good! Best glasses shop on that street by far

Excellent communication, I had phone calls, texts and emails. The overall experience went above and beyond my expectations. My prescription had not changed in the last 2 years but I had a broken frame from 1 set of my glasses. The frame was in stock so I purchased it and the technician changed over my lenses there and then. What more could you wish for. I would Highly recommend the Eastleigh branch. Thanks all.

Was really nervous about going for my eye test as I haven’t been since I was a kid. However, from the minute you walk in you are greeted by lovely, friendly staff. I was so comfortable and left there smiling. The store manager is such a lovely guy, as well as all other staff there!! Would highly recommend going here!
