My experience was a very good one, I was made to feel relaxed from the moment of my arrival. Really professional, explained everything during the eye test and the issues with my eyes and ways to help. Trudie was great at helping me choose frames that would suit my face and style. I went for a routine eye test and some subtle signs of optic degeneration were picked up, so I was referred to Kettering and then to Leicester where I received treatment that has saved my eyesight. I could not be more impressed by the professionalism displayed, and the consultants have commented several times how well the optometrist did to identify the problem. Thank you.

Such a smooth experience from booking to seeing the optician. All staff are very friendly, and the optician I seen taught me a new way to put eye drops that I can actually do! The option of paying monthly that comes with great benefits is what puts this opticians ahead of other high street ones! Will definitely be a returning customer and recommending to friends/family!
