A very good experience. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, helpful and answered my questions and gave me good advice. Very good service all round.

Julie G.

Staff are helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Optician was very thorough. Only thing I'd say is that the place could do with decorating. It's looking a bit tired. No problem in recommending this Vision Express though as the people who work there make it a great experience 👍😀.

Steven A.

Staff were excellent and everything explained throughout the whole process. Only 4 stars as the choice of frames was not great so as of yet I haven’t purchased any new spectacles.

I went into Vision Express as a medical emergency and was seen within 10 mins. They were professional, thorough, informative and put my mind at rest. I felt very confident after tests and scans and the staff were kind and helpful throughout, I will continue to use vision express in the future.
