1st time using this store, had a tremendous experience. Everyone really helpful and knowledgeable, ever step explained. Hats off to the whole team.
Glasses arrived in a faster than expected timeframe.

Would be 5* as excellent service and nice people but a bit on the expensive side. Also I don't appreciate your bronze, silver, gold up-selling technique. Probably won't use again.... maybe.

I received amazing service from the staff. The ophthalmologist who attended to me and Chloe was amazing, they gave me a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable 🥰🥰

The lady that served me was very good, certainly knows her job. I was very impressed with the lady who did my eye test too, explained everything as she went along, my experience with vision Express was great and I will be coming back again.
