The visit was quite an experience, staff were really struggling even trying to feed in the information about my sight was difficult as the computers were going very slowly, and when we tried to order my glasses the computer had to be switched off and rebooted and so after two and a half hours we were sorted and left.
The staff were brilliant even with such a struggle all morning

Long wait past appointment time. Not the staff fault. More customers than could possibly be managed by just 3 staff. One being the optician. No one to manage desk as two were sorting out a queue of people buying and reviewing glasses

The Tesco (Dereham) Vision Express team were excellent. Craig in particular was very attentive and articulate around their product and service offering. I went to Vision Express Dereham in October for a normal eye test. I was told I had Cataract in both eyes. They referred me really quickly as I had my pre-op within 7 days. The operations then followed and I returned to Dereham for a follow-up eye test in the middle of December. They showed nothing but professionalism throughout and the staff are some of the nicest I've dealt with. I would definitely recommend them.
