the team at vision express are so lovely but in particular caroline, she’s been so helpful and kind during my visits especially when i had to exchange a pair due to the fit, she helped me choose another and also told me about the new collection coming out so i could look at more options. 10/10 experience and can’t wait to pick up my new glasses

Really caring staff, had alot of anxiety getting my eyes checked but they were all really kind and the lady that helped me pick glasses that suited me best was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend.
