Called in to book an appointment the lady on the phone was very unprofessional laughing around with other people whilst she was on the phone with me and there was so much background noise and then she was very aggressive or desperate just get me booked in asap as I had a question about their price list! She will quickly give the price and asked so when would you like to come in now? Overall was a really bad experience over the phone hence why I didn’t book in with them and will inform my friends and family not to go ahead with this clinic.
