Unfortunately, I'm going to be a bit negative here. The customer service in this pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion.

I always seem to experience fairly lengthy waiting times whenever I go to collect a prescription and speaking to another customer recently, it seemed to be their general experience too.

I appreciate that the staff are extremely busy but there always seems to be quite a few staff members at any given time, but not a great deal of urgency in terms of attending to customers in a timely fashion.

I just wonder if consideration could be given to improving the customer's experience.

All the staff are friendly, polite and professional but the waiting times are poor.

Always friendly and helpful when they get the chance to be. Recently they provided pickup of antibiotics for a sudden bout of diverticulitis for my mother. It took them less than 1 hour from a surprise prescription the night before. She is recovering now because of their speedy competence. Thank you for your service.

Staff are always helpful, the prescriptions are ready when promised(I use the heathera app to order) get a notification when available. The pharmacist is generally available if you need to ask advice. Very positive all round experience.
