My family have been with this practice since 1989 , the Doctors, Nurses and reception team have always been helpful and supportive.
Special mentions to Dr Davies and Dr Barker ( who I saw yesterday) , Dr Barker referred me to the Surrey Smoking cessation service and I have now been smoke free for almost a year.
We consider ourselves very fortunate to be registered at the Vine Medical Centre

Vine Medical has been my registered GP for 17 years, and I used to be dissatisfied by the "phone at 8.30 for an appointment on the day" which really wan't convenient for someone who works and may want to schedule in something non urgent. The convenience of the online appointment request is transformational.

Today I had an unpleasant episode when my daughter was taken ill at school, I filled in the form for an appointment but as the situation deteriorated I collected my daughter and took her to a drop in centre and ultimately A&E. Dr Barker must have been alerted to the comments I had put in my appointment request and he called me on several occasions during this difficult day, he was very calm and helpful when I was clearly quite distressed. He gently suggested that I should take her directly to A&E without trying to alarm me further. His last call to me was when the situation was much more in control, when he was then able to give me a little more detail and support on next steps. I was frankly astonished about the pastoral attitude when really he could have left me to be dealt with by the hospital. Thank you Dr Barker! (I think we may be coming in for tests soon when I can thank you in person!).

I have had prompt responses to request forms, helpful and constructive consultations with positive and encouraging outcomes including onward referrals. It has been my best experience in dealing with some difficult and longstanding health issues for which I am very grateful.

I have been under the care of two nurses from the practice for seven months for a leg problem. The nurses have been wonderful - professional, helpful, informative and supportive, dealing with me in a friendly and encouraging manner. They have finished the treatment successfully but I know that if I ever need more assistance they would welcome me back.

I have been trying to get an appointment for the past week. It says the online form is open between 8am and 2pm. Its closed at the moment and it is 12:36. when I call the system says there are no available appointments for today, I wanted to book for an appointment in the future, not today. The form says that if you are at capacity for the day the from is closed, it doesn't make sense if you want to book in advance. And if you tell your patients you do not book over the phone how are they meant to book the appointment I am so confused how to access medical care these days it's insane. Not sure why we continue to pay for NHS through national insurance when our medical system is failing, time and time again.

His attention to detail filled me with confidence and it’s the first time a doctor has taken so much trouble and understanding towards my symptoms.
