I am forever grateful with the senior reception staff who seems fairly new to this practice. She advised me with an issue I've had for a while. She has a very good clinical knowledge. And to be fair, saved an appointment for someone else needing it more. But as I was waiting for my flu jab on Tuesday, she was quite helpful to other patients. Sitting on the front desk and always smiling when taking a call brightens the place. Keep it up!

I have been coming to the surgery for a while. It’s a good surgery with usual set backs such as booking appointments and waiting times, but nothing major. However, today I had the most uncomfortable experience as did a few of us patients in the waiting area. Staff were pretty rude and unprofessional to each other for everyone to see. No respect for each other, especially for new staff who was being told off by someone who’s been working in the surgery for years. Quite upsetting and not something I want to experience again.

The surgery has failed me over and over again. They are always running behind asked the receptionist to look into it seems like she is not there to listen to you. The staff is very rude and unprofessional not sure if they ever had professional training on work ethics and emotional intelligence.

The surgery need to start looking into replacing the receptionist the young lady she is just so weird and ready for arguments all the time. Everytime you come they made you wait for ages before you are seen by GP.

Rubbish is an understatement for this surgery, they never answer calls receptionists think they are Drs apart from the only good guy at reception. Rather treat myself than rely on this surgery. When in a blue moon get an appointment will be seen 1 hr later if lucky. Absolute joke!

The doctors are really nice, but I can’t say the same for the reception team. It is impossible to get an appointment in advance, and on the day ones, the only time I managed to get one was when I walked down there myself and asked.

It’s also weird because on the few occasions I DO get one, the surgery is completely empty.

There is one lady in particular Sadam or Saddam not sure of the correct spelling of her name but her lack of emotional intelligence and empathy is 0.

Been to private practices in the past just to avoid going to this practice because every time I needed them they have been a huge disappointment.

Its always been a good and effortless visit to the GP. From booking an appointment to being seen. The staff are really friendly and well versed and equiped to do their job. maryam the receptionist lights up the surgery with her happy and friendly nature. Keep up the hard and good work ?.

I am happy with the service I get from my doctors and reception staff. I have witnessed other patients are constantly abusing them but they are very professional and polite dealing with nasty situations.
I love my surgery wouldn’t go for any other surgery.

I’ve always had a really positive experience at Victoria Road Surgery, the lady I spoke to over the phone was very helpful in getting me an appointment as soon as possible and upon arrival I’m always greeted well and seen to fairly quick. I believe the receptionist I spoke to name was Maryam, who was great as well as the doctors there too.
