Absolutely wonderful staff here, so caring and reassuring and incredibly competent at what they do. They have been caring for me after having a nephrostomy fitted and I don’t know how I would have coped without them. Lots of other drs and nurses elsewhere have no idea how to look after a nephrostomy so I would have struggled without the nurses here.

My gran had an appointment on Thursday for her ear and we got sent to the outpatient bit out the back and was told someone would come out. Waited 30 mins after the appointment time, called the number on the letter multiple times and no answer, the reception had no idea about it and couldn't help us. So left without being seen. Horrible experience and we aren't close so a lot of wasted time!!

My husband had an ultrascan today, we waited less than 5 minutes for him to be called. The scan was done, we got to the car which showed only 3 minutes after his appointment time. Our GP had the results in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service. Thank you.
