I have been warmly welcomed on all visits by all staff who make you feel comfortable and they listen. Each aspect of the treatment was explained in advance and my modesty protected at all times. I felt staff addressed all my worries and expectations and I cannot praise them enough. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Highly recommended! The staff are all very professional and extremely knowledgeable- my leg has been fantastic since my visit, not only have the unsightly veins gone but so has the swelling and pain! I can’t recommend them enough!

Went to the vein centre to have both legs treated, and I am so glad I did, Dr Sim was absolutely brilliant and very professional! The nurse (Eryl) alongside Dr Sim was also brilliant and makes you feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure. Laura at reception was very helpful and polite and easy to talk to! Overall my experience has been fantastic and I couldn't recommend a more professional and reliable place! Thank you all at shrewsbury vein centre!

All the staff were very professional, Dr Kakani, explained fully the procedure, Laura on reception was very friendly - I was able to walk in and walk out - my legs feel and look so much better already - I needed x2 visits to the centre and am so happy that I decided to go ahead with having both legs done - also looking forward to wearing shorts next summer without feeling conscious and embarrassed about my ugly veins
