I had to go to Heartland hospital for a procedure at their endoscopy department
The team that looked after me was the best. They showed professionalism and good quality care from start to finish. They reassured me when I thought the worse, my blood pressure rocketed sky high but these girls with the duty of care they express was the best. They chatted to me about out of work stuff just so to get my mind to relax so my BP could go down, and it surly did.
The Endoscopist Was so professional as well and showed great patients care.
