? Absolutely brilliant service all the way from the reception area to the clinical.I had my implant removed by the Nurse Sarah, no pain, no stress; it was so accomodative and gentle procedure ever. Thank you so much for your PRO work and gentle and caring nature. Will recommend this place. At my GP practice this procedure was not possible due to shortage of the trained staff..so feel lucky to come in here and being " servist" pain-free xx

I can't express how good an experience I had today getting an IUD fitted. Debbie and Dr Sauer were incredible, so comforting, giving me a really good prep talk and after care. I felt totally in control and would you believe it, it was almost painless. Having had one previously at a surgery (and likely with a GP who maybe wasn't experienced in this area) I was amazed at how quick and easy the whole process was - previously it was agonising - would recommend to any/everyone. Thank you so so much. (Plus you get a thorough uterus check/scan beforehand and can opt for different methods of pain relief if needs be - not available through a GP practice!)

Went there to switch from the implant to another form of birth control.

I met the healthcare assistant first as she took my height weight and blood pressure.

After I told her that I was bad with needles, she offered to stay the the room and distract me while the nurse removes the implant. Which was super nice especially with the pandemic going on.

Both the nurse and the healthcare assistant were lovely. 🙂
