After 30 years of seeking different therapies, living in pain and stiffness, I fell across Bowen therapy.
I thought I would give it a try and I have never looked back. It keeps me supple and able to live life!
It’s a treatment that needs time to appreciate the effect it will have on your body. I have used it for life long pain and injury. Both with positive results.
Anna is very knowledgeable and treats you with a holistic approach. It is a very gentle treatment and relaxing. The results are fantastic!
I would always recommend Bowen therapy to people who talk of injuries or aches and pains. It is also great for treating stress.
Anna will explain how the treatments work and what she is doing. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Suffered with planter fasciiitis for quite some time, medication didn't work,visited Anna at Vale therapy,and was amazed at treatment she offered,,after two sessions I can now walk better pain has now nearly gone and no meds required.,Anna also looks at your whole body structure and works on the effects of what your problem creates.in other areas of your body.
I must be honest I was alittle doubtful when I heard about treatment but thought I had nothing to lose,
Treatment is private and relaxed and very thougher ,going through your medical history so everything is taken into account when starting your treatment,,
