Unfortunately my partner became unwell while away. We visited the Urgentcl care centre. The staff were so helpful and polite. my partner was seen and treated within one hour. Which we thought was absolutely amazing. Hopefully my partner will now have a speedy recovery, and start to feel better to enjoy some of our stay. Thank-you so much to all the hard working staff at Urgent care centre - Bridlington. Well done guys you do a fantastic job!

This place is a god send. I've been many times with my two sobs, thank goodness we don't have to make the trip to Scarborough each time. We were sent by 111 today, Christmas day, and so grateful that the staff are working over Christmas. He has scarlet fever and the staff were fantastic, thank you so much. If they ever try and close this place I'll be the first one chaining myself to the building!

Was a decent service when we could see a gp.
In autistic and have a variety of health issues. Came to see them with an infection to get antibiotics since my GP was again vacant with any level of care.
I was told they won't give me antibiotics because of my number of conditions and to call 111 or see my GP.
How am I supposed to do that.

The problem I have is at the attitude I received despite being calm and polite and the lack of understanding and care for someone with autism.

After waiting for 2 and a half hours for an appointment that had been booked for me through 111 for my 2 year old, I walked out.

I had a 7 month old baby with me as well.

The only saving grace was the absolutely lovely nurse who went above and beyond to be helpful.

It was not overly busy, just a poorly managed unit.

I saw a nurse who confirmed that I had pulled a muscle in my leg. I did not wait for long before being seen. Everyone was polite and professional but friendly at the same time. I felt very comfortable and at ease.

I have had occasion to use Bridlington walk in for my family and have found it a perfect institution, The staff are second to none and could be used more , Bridlington hospital needs to be utilised instead of closing wards and other facilities Bridlington can offer, Remember as a holiday destination Bridlington hospital is a lifeline to East Yorkshire.

Visited the urgent treatment centre on Friday night at 8pm without an appointment. Details were taken by very polite reception staff and then see by a nurse within 5 minutes. Very polite, professional and efficient service.
