Samia Zrig

Samia Zrig, Associate Professor, completed her PhD at the Pierre & Marie Curie University and Kathioleke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) on the synthesis of chiral oligothiophenes. During her post-doctoral trainings, she focused her studies on new polyporphyrinic semiconductors (Univ. of Pennsylvania, USA), new porphyrinic models for the coordination of O2, parity violation and organometallic helicenes (Rennes 1 University, France). She is currently an Associate Professor at the ITODYS Laboratory. Her current research interests deal with the elaboration supramolecular organic semi-conductors. She is an expert in the synthesis of pi-conjugated supramolecular systems and has co-authored 13 articles.
