Thank you to Dr Justin Forbes and his team for such excellent care. This surgery is the best that I have ever attended. Dr Forbes came to visit when I was ill for a period of time and ensured that everything was set up to facilitate my being housebound. Referrals are handled immediately at Underwood surgery and the Pharmacists action medication requests very quickly also. I have been helped by an array of staff based at or working alongside Underwood and even referred to some services from Tewksbury - again, home visits. Great Care from Underwood. They are superb.

Amazing service from receptionists to Duty Doctor. I had to contact them about my partner who is a patient at Underwood and is suffering from severe anxiety. Lovely helpful receptionists and the doctor who rang me within minutes of me calling, was totally caring and genuinely wanted to help. I'm tempted to change my GP! Thank you so much.

One of best surgery in Cheltenham I would say. I moved other place from catchment but I didn't leave Underwood no matter how much travel time I need to reach there. Everyone including Doctors and staff are very helpful. I never feel left alone once they start taking concern in my health issues. They are now my lifeline I can't think my perfect days without them. They are always there when I need them .💗

Underwood surgery is by far the best GP surgery I’ve ever had in Cheltenham. The reception staff are lovely and the Drs and nurses are super friendly and professional and never make you feel like anything is too much or like you’re wasting their time. As a family we have never had a problem getting an appointment or referrals if needed. Honestly can’t recommend them enough as a friendly, professional and efficient practice.
