Me and my partner were booked for our gender scan, only baby wasn’t playing ball! Helen done her very best to get what she needed, she even let us go over our appt time and had us come back at a later time at no extra cost. We were so grateful we got there in the end. Amazing experience! Had a little scare and had to go to hospital the day before and was worried I had lost my baby, came into Ultrasound Direct for a scan the next day and I saw my baby! Its little heart was beating and the girls were so lovely and excited for me! Such a relief and they made me feel so comfortable and safe thank you so much 🫶🏻🫶🏻👶🏻🥹

We went for an early Viability scan as I was having pains and the hospital had let me down. So glad we done it as it’s put my mind at ease. We got to find out we were 6 weeks 6 days and baby was happy and healthy. The staff were absolutely wonderful at reassuring us throughout the whole process. Lots of lovely photos printed out and we also paid the £1.99 to receive all the pics and even videos of our little ones heart beat. We will definitely be going back to find out baby’s gender

The NHS messed my dates and scans up so I chose to use this company to put my mind at ease. This was such a pleasant experience. I forgot the name of the lady who carried out my scan. But she was amazing I felt so at ease and we had a very informative discussion about my stage of hormones. She was such a nice comforting person and I really appreciated her that day, for going a little above and beyond .. thank you. The front desk lady was also extremely polite pleasant and helpful. We went for an early reassurance scan at 6 weeks due to previous losses, Helen who did our scan was so lovely and very thorough as was Helen who greeted us when we first arrived, making our experience a memorable one seeing our little one’s heart flicker away.

As soon as we walked in the staff are so friendly, felt so comfortable as usually I feel very nervous.
I would highly recommend this company to other people as it was 100% amazing from start to finish. My sonographer was lovely we chatted during the scan and had a laugh felt as if I was at home
