The people who answer the phones sound exhausted and depressed and are often lacking information or just very 'computer says no' about import Probably not their fault, down to poor leadership, so sort it out people who earn the big bucks!! We are paying good money for this insurance, and last time I checked, people are in need of jobs!

Sharp practitioners in my experience and, in my instance, did not act in good faith. They cover the costs of a consultation with a consultant and so I made a claim after seeing an orthopaedic surgeon, however, they refused it because I didn’t supply a referral letter with the invoice (I saw a GP, picked a consultant and self referred, paid said consultant then claimed the fee). I then got them a referral letter as they denied the claim to my disbelief. The referral was dated after the consultation so they denied the claim again. They won’t pay me for a genuine claim. Further, they do not care that you are unhappy with the service and so I can only conclude that customer service does not register on their list of priorities.

Used to be a good company but won't ay out for anything now expect you to waste your time and the GP time just getting a GP referral letter in order to make a claim. Waste of money.

Disorganised, incompetent and unreliable.
Claims are declined as standard process and then there is a lengthy procedure to convince them that a health practitioner is indeed registered. Not worth the money / effort. Operating on the principle that you will end up paying more / receive less benefits.
