This is my second time visiting UDB. Monique is so professional and courteous. She’s very knowledgeable on all the various treatments and has great aftercare advice. I’ve recommended all my friends and family to visit. Can’t wait to go back!! The best clinic I’ve ever been to 100%

Don’t recommend. The reviews do not really reflect how it really is. I don’t really have massive expectations and I have only written 2 reviews in my life but this is really not the place it appears to be based on the reviews. It’s quite a sad atmosphere entering - dark, a bit run down, never busy staff and the overall feel is that it’s poor quality. The staff seem like they don’t want to be there and the technician I had was talking to her colleague about how she just wanted to go on annual leave. The nail technician I had was Rhiann - I expressed that my nails were very thin and sensitive due to previous work, which she just said yes to and proceeded. She was rough with my hands and there were times where I had to remind her again that my nails were sensitive as it hurt, and it seemed like she didn’t really pay attention to it. As you can see in the photos - the first set she made was the black set. After TWO days the first nails chipped and a week later the whole set just fell off. In addition, I had my eyebrows laminated and the honestly kinked after 4 days (!!) maybe I should have told her that I have a thin hair structure but again, I thought this was her responsibility and that she had training in that. Kindly, I was told that I could come back to get the same set done again for free. I went, it was the same nail technician and she made me feel like I was the one who had made a mistake - she said that she didn’t understand what had happened and that it probably was because I hadn’t held my hand in the UV-light properly and that it was because the colour was too dark so it didn’t set properly. I’ll remember to bring that information to the next nail salon I go to ?I would have thought that it was her responsibility to ensure that the product and application was appropriate. But alas! Moreover, for the second set she said that I couldn’t get the same colour as initially as this was a complimentary set and that she had another client so she wouldn’t have time - again, really giving me a great experience here. And lastly, as you can see - already 4 days after my second set the thumb nail chips. And no, not interested in an uncomfortable and poor experience again so I’ll just go to another salon - and really, so should you!

Monique has totally transformed my skin. I initially went in for a bridal consultation with concerns about my hyperpigmentation. She recommended a course of microdermabrasion which has completely cleared everything up. I know feel so confident without makeup and am fully prepped for my wedding day! Will definitely be returning regularly!

Monique always strives for fantastic results. She is a dedicated aesthetitician and completely understands her clients skin and addresses their needs. I come out looking and feeling fabulous , with before and after pics telling the real story! I leave with glowing, youthful, dewy skin. Monique is truly 1 in a million and I would highly recommend her!

Obsessed with this place!! I have been coming to see Mon for facials pretty regularly, normally for microderm abrasions and the occasional PRP treatment. Today I had a hydrofacial and honestly my skin is GLOWING! I would highly recommend as you wear your skin everyday and I get honest and frank help with keeping my skin clear and glowing. I get compliments all the time especially since I am 35 and my skin looks so young and fresh. I come here because I love being able to not wear makeup or when I do it glides on and looks flawless! Also Mon is amazing because she will always recommend products (if you ask) that help maintain these looks! Come and visit one of the BEST spots in Roman Road if not in East London ☺️☺️

I've had a very good experience today, it was above expectations. Monique is such a lovely person and incredibly talented! Thank you! The beauty parlour is a very pleasant space with good ambiance, I'll definitely return!

Monique is a pro and truly passionate about skincare. I always try to squeeze an appointment in whenever I’m in London as nobody else achieves the same results. The salon is warm and welcoming and I’m excited to see the next chapter unfold in a new space ?
