A superb outfit, friendly, professional and beneficial providing a service exactly tailored to my *needs. Jon-Scott explained fully what to expect, listening to what I wanted and what my body was telling me and post treatment advice. Highly recommended. *I opted for sports massage.

I booked a 90 mins hot stone massage with Joanna following the London Marathon and it was the best gift to myself! She spent the first 10 mins understanding what I wanted to get out of the massage, including any concerns or preferences, and then spent a full 90 mins of dedicated massage time. The space is inviting and lovely. Would definitely see Joanna again anytime I’m in the area.

Jon is wonderful! Had a great massage that was catered and personalized to my needs as a performer, felt like Jon was so attentive to me during my visit and had great tableside manner. Highly recommend!! Wish I lived in London to see him regularly.

Daniel’s massage was perfect. I was so so relaxed and nearly fell asleep about 3 times but didn’t want to miss a second as it was utter bliss. He’s also the loveliest person 🙂 I’ll definitely be back!

Can’t stress how amazing Bethany is. Came in for a sports massage expecting the standard muscle pummelling - but Bethany is something else! So much more than a massage I love Beth’s holistic approach to the body and general wellbeing. The breath work during massage, the reminders of the reality that outside stress has on inflammation of muscles impacting recovery - a total expert. Now a monthly part of my routine, I leave feeling a complete sense of zen and calm and am also finally tackling a long term injury in her safe hands. She has been the turning point in my new wellbeing journey! Can’t recommend enough

From the booking process through to suggested stretches to do after the massage, the whole experience was brilliant, in fact the best I have ever had. Having had a few issues with my back over the past years due to work, it needed a lot of work. The space is contemporary and relaxing without being clinical or cold. The massage was incredible, Daniel was able to identify trouble areas and make the most of the time put aside for the whole massage. It was relaxing and thorough, and I could already start to feel the benefits as soon as I stood up. He then showed me some stretches to do and suggestions of better posture positions etc when working. I couldn't recommend this highly enough. It is brilliant and I am looking forward to going back for more.

Had a fantastic massage with Matt to work on some tension from exercise and too much time hunched over my laptop. He was very intuitive about where to apply pressure, and I enjoyed the experience more than any other massage I've had. Will definitely return.
