I booked a premium hearing assessment having had problems with my hearing over a period of time. I was really impressed with the whole set up here. Everything feels relaxed and professional unlike a previous assessment I had at the hospital a few years ago, on what felt like a conveyor belt. Alex takes a lot of time to explain everything. Nothing feels rushed. I was given different hearing aids to try and have ordered some. They have a comprehensive after sales service and warranties. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you

I had ear wax removal at Trousdale ear care. Alex was very informative and professional and took a lot of care whilst doing the treatment. The premises were clean , comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend to all my friends & elderly customers of my own business & will certainly visit Alex again if I ever had trouble with build up of earwax in the future but once again he gave me valuable information & advice of how to look after my ears to possibly avoid build up again of earwax & he & the business so deserve the 5 star rating & review I’ve given & was a pleasure meeting you Alex?

Alex was very thorough and made me feel at ease. He explained everything and was able to show me images of my ears before and after ear wax removal. Already i have noticed an improvement in my hearing. I will definitely recommend Alex to family and friends.

Great service and have recommended to family and friends. I had one of those mornings and forgot both my phone and bank cards, but Alex was lovely and helped me both sort it out and stop being stressed. Was quite nervous about having my ears checked, but it was painless, quick and quite educational to see my eardrums on the screen. Really liked the professional office setting, and will definitely use again (but hoping not to have to).

My first visit was an urgent appointment to unblock very waxed up ears before going abroad on holiday. I was so impressed with the care and thoroughness of the treatment I received that I booked a hearing test with the hope of ordering a new hearing aid. Again great care, and I have now ordered new hearing aids. It’s a relief to find an independent, highly experienced practitioner who I will not hesitate to recommend.
