They still treat by phone. The doctors are rude and unqualified. When you want to visit them, they ask: What do you want? What medicines should they prescribe for you? The nurses are rude. You can't get the visit you want to see a specialist. Several times I had to wait in line for an hour because they let others take my place. (before the pandemic). Big discrimination if you're European. I don't think you need this GP at all, why pay them a salary if they don't do anything not working

Been with this surgery for nine years.
They have always been a very caring and professional team.

From the receptionists, who always go the extra mile to help.
Doctors and nurses in my opinion are exceptional.

Rarely have I had a problem. One must remember they are doing their best.
They are not machines. So occasionally mistakes may happen.

The practice has got a lot worse over the last 2 years.nobody seems to care anymore. The lack of monitoring a prescribed drug put my wife in hospital who now has no ability to walk i have recently asked for a call back 4x and am still waiting. The place and staff are not fit for purpose and the whole lot should be shutdown

I was registered as a patient there. I moved out of the catchment area but they said I could still be registered there. It took three attempts by them to change my address correctly. When I rang them to check they had changed my address they told me I was no longer registered there as a patient. They didn't call me to let me know or to tell me to register elsewhere. I have a brain tumour and I am now worried I won't get my repeat prescription in time for when my medication runs out in a few days. Terrible practice....avoid if possible.

I saw a advanced nurse practitioner on Friday the 4th may 2018. She was brilliant! Had time for me. And booked more tests and booked me in to see a doctor when tests are back. I felt she had time for me and gave advice.
Saw doctors today and again brilliant. Really feel looked after.
Thank you

Had a telephone consultation today, with a Doctor based at Trent View Medical Skippindale, regarding ongoing symptoms I have had over the last two weeks. After asking about the condition he decided to see me in the surgery & gave me an appointment that afternoon which I was very grateful for.

Just been told that Trent View Medical Practice has been taken over by Riverside Surgery in Brigg. I am really hoping that this takeover will result in seriously improved services within this practice, including the delapidated state of the building and grounds, as the overall service has substantially declined over the years. Sounds like the GP Partners have lost interest in everything other than their salaries and fees!

One doctor no names mentioned is very arrogant & does anything to avoid giving consumable meds eg tablets, inhalers etc.
But most other doctors are nice & even extremely understanding for example when I was suffering from a bad back and severe depression one doctor was against giving me sick notes stating I need to get on with my life but others listen and understand. But the main thing that let's this practice down is the appointment system. They state you can't pre-book appointment, you have to ring in on the day. But I have many times phoned up the moment the lines are open and been kept on hold or the lines are busy for up-to 45 mins by which time surprise surprise they have no appointments left. I found that if you get to the surgery for when it opens then you always get an appointment as they deal with the patients in the survey before the phones. Also if you can't pre-book appointments then how come if I am waiting first in line when the surgery opens how come the 1st available appointment is sometimes 2 or more hours later ?
