The asthmatics of the cabin are beautiful, every detail has been given careful consideration to bring you to safe space filled with calmness.

A warm welcome from Jo and Nicky who make your time with them feel special. I have mobility issues, Jo endeavoured and succeeded to make my floor space comfortable.

Their expert playing of the sound bowls and gongs made it easy to relax and let go of the inner stresses of life.

This is ME time to tune into tranquility and let go of tension. We are all looking for that something that brings us closer to self and here it is.

The rose amethyst gong is magical as are all their sound instruments and they have many.

So in answer to my question it’s a 100% YES I love sound baths.

A sound bath with the tree of life spiritual sound and healing school will not disappoint but leave you feeling refreshed, grounded and in a zen state.

Thank you both for the most magical and wonderful session on Saturday
I instantly felt a sense of calm as soon as I stepped into the cabin
The cabin is set out so beautifully, it carries such a wonderful energy

The passion and care that both Jo and Nicky have shines through in their work!
It was so great to have a play with the bowls and gongs and then finish with the best sound bath ! I highly recommend to anyone who is considering learning more about sound healing or if you are wanting to attend a sound bath and leave feeling centred , refresh, restored and extremely zen!!

Today was so amazing. I was taken away from the manic day to day life and brought into a zen of tranquility and calm by the sounds of the bowls and gong. And I received knowledge and understanding behind the magic of the sound bowls and more. The hosts were so welcoming and nurturing. I recently attended a session at Tree of Life, Spiritual Sound Healing School, and it was a truly relaxing and inspiring experience. I Attended a gong work shop day have always wanted to learn more about how gong and sound therapy works i had the most most amazing experience nicky and jo were super kind and informative .

The healing cabin is so beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed playing all the wonderful instruments and learning all about them .

Joann and Nicky's full moon soundbaths, cacao ceremonies and workshops are a wonderful and peaceful moment to anchor with. They are so welcoming and generous, and I've now called my friends to come with me as well as the meditative experience of their soundbaths is truly healing.
